The ridge tile that the aerial is attached to has come loose and has slipped down the roof, the aerial is also hanging loose as a result - from the ground it looks like it just needs putting securely back in place and the aerial reattaching.

Roof in school needs to be fixed ASAP. Two leaks to be reparied. First leak situated next to a square duct. Second leak on a joining wall. If work is to be carried out before 3.30pm, all workers need to be CRB checked. After 3.30pm workers will not need CRB checked.
 
13:02 06/02/12 The contractor arrived on site within hours of receiving the go ahead for the works to be carried out even in the severe weather conditions. they temporarily fixed the leaks upto an excellent standard and then came back on the monday to finish off the work. 09:01 10/01/12 We had a leak from our bay window that had started to come through the coving and ceiling on New Years eve. We called Westons on New Years day and Dave contacted us the next day. He fixed the leak immediately and unblocked the guttering. Then arranged to come out on the next dry day which was forecasted for Friday. Dave was punctual and understood about preserving Victorian guttering. There was no hard selling.. just good advice. I am very pleased with the job and would recommend him and use again without hesitation

rain is trickling in from the flashing, ive had someone come and apparantly seal the flashing but hasn't worked. he said he'd come back and fibreglass the area but am still waiting and just want the job finished. There are No loose tiles just seems to be around the leadwork area.
Call Westons came round sorted out the previous so called trademens work there and then.

We completed purchase of a three bed semi today. The gable roof at the front of the house has been leaking into the bedroom for some time and there is significant water damage to the timbering and plaster in the area of the bay window. I need the roof made watertight and all the damage to the front bedroom made good. I will also need some small remedial work to the guttering around the house. I am happy to accept quotes just for the roofing / guttering work if plastering and joinery is not your thing. We need someone who can start very soon and work exclusively on this job until it is completed.
